Dr. Kavitha Gandhi, M.D.

Kavitha Gandhi, M.D. is a board certified dermatologist and Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.   Dr. Gandhi is a specialist in skin care who has been proudly serving  the Chicagoland area since 2002 . She strives to establish dynamic relationships with her patients based on earned trust, open communication, and a comprehensive, compassionate approach to patient care.

Dr. Gandhi completed her undergraduate and medical degrees at Northwestern University.  Admitted to the selective Honors Program in Medical Education, she received a bachelors degree in Biology from Northwestern University.  After graduating with honors from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She fulfilled her residency training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, where she gained valuable insights from leaders in the fields of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She was honored for her teaching and leadership skills as Chief Resident during her residency training.

Dr. Gandhi is on faculty at the Department of Dermatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and Advocate Condell Medical Center. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, American Academy of Dermatology, and American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons.

Dr. Gandhi is committed to providing the highest level of care to her patients.  Her clinical interests include all aspects of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.  She has a special interest in skin rejuvenation and skin cancer screening, prevention, and treatment.
